Send a written notice to contact@avinyahub.com containing the following:
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL on this website where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review every complete notice and, where a claim is valid, remove or disable access to the material promptly. Incomplete notices may be delayed while we ask for the missing details.
Counter notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter notice to the same address with your contact details, the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error.
Images and third-party media
We aim to use only licensed, public domain or fair-dealing media. If you own an image published here and want it credited differently or removed, contact us and we will act on it quickly.
